Join us for an exclusive evening of exceptional wine and elevated dining as Stefani Prime presents a five-course dinner featuring acclaimed wines from Quintessa and its family of wineries. From the Napa Valley vineyards behind Quintessa's celebrated Bordeaux-style red blend to the bold Cabernet Sauvignons of Faust and the distinctive wines of Leviathan, this special event offers a closer look at some of California's most notable wine producers.

Chef Bolla has curated a menu designed to complement each pour, featuring seasonal ingredients and refined preparations, from delicate Scallop Crudo and Truffle & Shiitake Mushroom Risotto finished tableside in a Parmigiano wheel to Pumpkin Gnocchi with brown butter and sage, and Beef Braciole braised in San Marzano tomato sauce. The evening continues with a special Quintessa wine service before concluding with Dark Chocolate Torte paired with Graham's Late Bottled Vintage Port.
